January Favourites 2017

It's January Favourites time!! I can't believe it February already. As you can see from the picture above I went for a very particular colour scheme in January. Was totally loving the bronze / neutral colours for eyeshadows and neutrals for the face and lips.

• Zoella Chocolate Palette - love love love this palette! So creamy and pigmented.
• Morphe 25B Palette - The shades in this palette is awesome! I think it is sold out on the Morphe site at the moment but I heard that they will be bringing it back.
• Tarte Exposed Blush - an oldie but a goodie!
• Urban Decay Naked Skin Concealer
• Sephora Gel Concealer
• MAC L/S in Velvet Teddy
• MAC L/S in Kinda Sexy
• SL Miss Glam Mermaid Glam Brushes - I love the entire set but am only showing my 2 clean ones in this post hehe :)
• MAC Modern Mandarin Blush

July Favourites 2016

July left in a blur! I can't believe it's already August. In July I went to my first IMATs which was a fun but crazy experience. I've never waited in line for 2 hours for makeup before... I was able to pick up a couple of items before they sold out though :) Seems like I was also in a Maybelline loving kick in July. Here are a few of my faves!

April Favourites 2016

Happy May!! It's that time of the month again where we share our favourites from the past month. April was a nice month and now we are into May. For the month of April I got my hands on some goodies that I absolutely fell in love with. Most of them are drugstore and inexpensive!

• Cover Girl Tru Naked eyeshadow palette in Nudes - I also have the goldens palette but I like the colors in the Nudes one better
• W&W Countouring Palette - formula is so buttery and nice!
• UD Sheer Lipstick in Anarchy for that POP of Pink
• Milani Luminoso Blush for the glow!
• Maybelline Master Countour palette - at first I wasn't too sure about this product but then I fell in love. Pigmented and easily blendable!
• ColourPop Ultra Satin Lip Stain in Dopey - FINALLY got my hands on this!
• ColourPop eyeshadow in Amaze - this is a gorgeous copper shade & I LOVE the formula

My Colourpop Cosmetics Ultra Matte Lip Collection

From Left to Right - Beeper, 1st Base, Mars, So Low,

Creeper, Chilly Chilli, Donut, Sundae

These liquid lips definitely dry MATTE. They last a good couple of hours on my lips and I recommend that you exfoliate and moisturize prior to application. My favourites from my collection have to beeper & creeper. They rhyme! haha... These colors are pretty much at the opposite side of the spectrum. Beeper is a mid tone taupe and Creeper is a bright red. I loves me some red lips!

Overall, I really like these ultra matte liquid lipsticks. Swatches are down below!
